The Andros is our spacious, 2-bedroom villa boasting nearly 1,400 square feet of livable space and amazing architectural details like vaulted ceilings throughout. There are calm, blue hues all through the space creating a serene environment, and laminate flooring and new furniture add a fresh element to your retreat.
Enjoy pristine and comfortable sleeping spaces including a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and a bunk room with two twin beds, perfectly themed for younger children. A sofa in the living room opens into a queen-sized bed for more room. The Andros has a crib, a highchair, and two full bathrooms - the primary bath has dual sinks, separate showers, and a tub.
This villa also features a large and fully-equipped kitchen gleaming with all major appliances and includes crockery, cookware, utensils, and glassware so you can stay in and have family meals in the charming dining area. Enjoy coffee, drinks, and the views from one of your two screened patios with comfortable furnishings, perfect for indoor/outdoor living. Or, stretch out in the spacious living area with natural art and decor and enjoy cable TV while washing clothes in the in-unit laundry room. The Bahama Bay Resort & Spa boasts amenities like shared pools, hot tubs, game room, fitness center, and a sauna. Located on the shores of Old Lake Davenport, you can enjoy the sand beach, view wildlife from the pier, or relax in a hammock. The resort is also conveniently located near Polo Park East Golf Course. Located only 10 miles from Walt Disney World, there are plenty of local dining and shopping options nearby. Disney Springs offers over 100 shops and 60 restaurants along with daily and nightly entertainment. Gatorland has a free-flight aviary, petting zoo, animal shows, zip line, and a new Stompin' Gator Off-Road Adventure. This 1st floor end unit is within the Bahama Bay Resort. Communication with the host company, Vacasa, was usually prompt with texting bringing the fastest responses, however their written instructions for check-in/check-out in both their Vacasa app and their emails are somewhat obsolete and contradictory. The most up to date instructions were given upon check-in at the main clubhouse.This unit was exactly as pictured and seemed very clean, however, as is often the case in Florida and even though the weather was cool, there was a slight musty odor that permeated all of our possessions from clothing to bags to laptop. There is ample parking right outside. There are several pools/spas scattered throughout the resort with one directly behind the unit that closes at dusk.There is a starter supply of small toiletries & toilet paper; a sponge, paper towels, dish and dishwasher soap, and 4 Tide Pods. The kitchen was well equipped. There are MANY grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants nearby on Rt 27 and Rt 192.The furniture was very comfortable. There are TVs in the main room and in each bedroom. I would suggest that light sleepers bring a travel size white noise machine. Footsteps above us seemed amplified and the plumbing for showers and toilets was a bit disruptive.Honestly, we can ignore all the minor quibbles if the place we are staying in is clean. This unit certainly was clean and we will probably stay there again.

Needed a place to stay for 2 nights before going to Disney. Could not have asked for more. Very clean, big kitchen and the 2 bedrooms were perfect for our family. Didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked very nice also. Close to multiple restaurants. One of the best values for the price that we have found.
