About this apartment rental
The Bahama Bay Resort is an exclusive, secluded and tranquil Caribbean-style Condo resort sitting right on the banks of the picturesque Lake Davenport.
The Resort is laid out over 70-acre spread of gardens, lawns, lagoons and fountains, making it a truly beautiful place to stay, and only 7 miles from Disney World.
Condo Features:
● 3 Bedrooms - King bed in Bedroom 1, Queen bed in bedroom 2, twin beds in bedroom 3
● 2 Full Bathrooms
● Sleeps 6 (Sofa beds become uncomfortable very quickly)
● New laminated flooring (and tiles) in the living room and throughout the unit
● New full size stackable washer and dryer
● All TVs and appliances continually being upgraded to the latest technology
● Roku’s on all TV guest mode on fibre internet, just log into your Netflix/Disney/Youtube Apps.
● Brand new dining room chairs, light, paint and wall décor and LED lighting throughout
● Full size living room with recently updated living room furniture (sofa beds not included, become uncomfortable too quickly)
● Mattress always upgraded and furniture always being upgraded for 12 years since I was a host.,
● Baby table and chair and travel cribs all provided for the little ones.
● In-room safe
● New gas barbecues on-site
● Kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven stove, microwave, Kureg single and pot coffee maker breakfast bar with stools, and large cabinets. Also fully equipped with cookware, crockery, utensils, glassware, Ice maker, (All emergencies extras provided from spare bathroom bulbs/batteries Raid spray )etc.
● Fast Wireless internet installed

● 4 large swimming pools, and 6 in-ground spas
(including one directly behind our building (Building 34 - see attached resort map)
● White sand beach area
● Children’s splash pad, and children’s play area
● Poolside bars
● Poolside restaurants
● Lighted tennis and basketball courts

● Shuffleboard;Racketball; Table Tennis;
● Beautiful walking trails
● Other additional amenities, shops, 24 hour reception
The location is prime as it is close to Champions Gate, Highland Reserve Golf Courses, Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Legoland, Shopping Outlets, a new Super Walmart, Publix Grocery Store, and numerous restaurants just off site on Hwy 27 and 192; as well as, an Tradewinds restaurant with happy hour menu(s)..
As well as me as a host, we have an off-site management company who will be available to you should you have any questions or concerns during your stay, as well as the 24 hour reception, for any resort enquiries
All private listings are not on the Vacasa program and therefore should have management companies in place, and all do not have access to the onsite Gym and Sauna at the clubhouse. Otherwise there are no resort fees or extras to pay.
Please note, we do not have a working telephone in house.

The host was absolutely amazing. I altered my plans last minute and he had no problem working with me on it and being able to accommodate my request. Honestly, one of the best hosts, I have ever dealt with. The condo had plenty of room, plenty of towels, and very spacious! The resort was beautiful with the three pools (all super clean), clubhouse game room, white sandy beach with hammocks and games, the pier was cute to fish off. The area was very safe and well kept and had great walking paths (well maintained around the resort). We were there to go to Disney and Universal and they were a quick drive 30 minutes to Disney and about 40 minutes to Universal (due to traffic). Bonus, was that the resort was in a quieter area to escape the Orlando madness, but still close enough to pop in and enjoy the theme parks and shopping. We also drove to Daytona Beach. Overall, would definitely stay again!

Lovely apartment.We really enjoyed using the pool and pickleball court.Plenty of kitchen equipment and the washing machine was a godsend.

Bahama Bay resort is always a favourite of our family. We used the hot tubs, beach, tennis courts and walking paths quite a bit.
There were a couple issues on check in but Russ communicated well then and through our the time we were here.
