Welcome to our beautifully presented ground-floor condo at Bahama Bay Resort, a secure gated community in Davenport, Florida.
We are experienced owners with over 10 years of vacation-rental experience and take pride in providing a comfortable, well-equipped home and a personal service to our guests.
This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 guests and provides a great base for Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld and the many attractions of Central Florida.
MODERN COMFORT & STYLE
The condo has been thoughtfully updated, including a remodelled kitchen and bathrooms in 2024. Allergy-friendly grey vinyl flooring has replaced the previous carpet, while updated furnishings give the condo a fresh, comfortable and contemporary feel.
The condo is entirely on the ground floor with step-free access, although it has not been specifically adapted for wheelchair or disability use.
Entry is contact-free using a secure keyless lock, with an individual access code provided for each booking. Check-in is from 4pm.
LIVING & DINING
The bright, open-plan living area provides plenty of room to relax after a day at the parks or around the pool.
There are two comfortable sofas, one of which converts to a sofa bed and is best suited to children or one adult.
Entertainment includes a 58" HD Smart TV with Spectrum cable, Roku and access to streaming services using your own accounts. A DVD player and selection of DVDs are also available.
The dining area has a glass-topped table with seating for six.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
Our remodelled kitchen is spacious and well equipped for everything from breakfast before the parks to a family meal at home.
Facilities include:
• American-style side-by-side fridge/freezer with ice maker and filtered water
• Electric hob and oven
• Built-in microwave
• Dishwasher and waste disposal
• Air fryer
• Toaster
• Coffee machine
• Crockery, glasses, cookware and utensils
A separate utility room provides a top-loading washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes airer and cleaning equipment – particularly useful for longer stays.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
MASTER SUITE
The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, matching bedroom furniture, bedside USB charging lamps and a wall-mounted Smart TV.
The private en-suite bathroom has twin sinks, a bathtub and a large separate shower.
The bedroom also has access to a small private outdoor area.
BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom has two twin beds, wall-mounted TV, hanging space and drawer storage, together with access to a second small outdoor area.
The adjacent bathroom has a bathtub with shower over, sink and WC. A second doorway allows this bathroom to be conveniently accessed from the main living area.
OUTDOOR LIVING
One of the advantages of our ground-floor condo is the spacious patio, which is larger than those found with many other 2-bedroom units at Bahama Bay.
There's a full-size outdoor dining table with six chairs and additional bench seating, with peaceful garden views towards one of the resort pools.
Bahama Bay is a non-smoking resort, including inside the condo and on the patio/lanai. Designated smoking areas are provided away from the buildings.
BAHAMA BAY RESORT
There's plenty to enjoy around Bahama Bay during your stay.
Guests have access to 4 resort swimming pools, hot tubs, children's splash pad, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, shuffleboard and children's play areas.
Gas grills are also available around the resort on a first-come, first-served basis.
One of the pools is conveniently located behind the condo and tends to be quieter than the main pool – ideal if you'd prefer somewhere a little more peaceful.
Please note: as this is an owner-direct property, access to Tradewinds Restaurant/Bar and the clubhouse/fitness facilities is not included.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY FEATURES
A cot, high chair and changing mat can be provided by prior arrangement. Please ask before your stay if these are required.
Bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels are provided.
AIR CONDITIONING & COMFORT
The condo has central air conditioning and heating.
The AC is normally set to 76°F when the condo is unoccupied. When you arrive, you can adjust it within the permitted thermostat range to suit your comfort.
Florida properties can take a little while to cool during the hottest part of the day, so please allow the system time to bring the temperature down.
Please do not attempt to set the AC below 72°F, as excessively low settings can cause the system to ice up and potentially cause damage.
Tower fans are also provided for additional comfort.

Bahama Bay is well positioned for exploring Central Florida, with convenient access to US-27 and US-192.
Walt Disney World is within easy driving distance, while supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways and everyday shopping can be found nearby along US-27 and US-192.
Champions Gate, Posner Park and the wider Orlando area provide even more shopping, dining and entertainment options.

This was truly one of the best condo stays I’ve had, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
The location is absolutely perfect, everything is just minutes away, including restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, and even a charming local coffee café. It made our stay incredibly convenient.
I traveled with my 80-year-old mother, so comfort and accessibility were very important to me. This condo exceeded expectations right from the moment we walked in. Being on the first floor was a huge plus, no stairs to navigate and the space was thoughtfully laid out and very easy to move around in.
The condo itself was spotless. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well cared for. The flooring was especially nice, high-quality wood-style floors that looked beautiful. The bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate and well-maintained.
One of our favorite features was the patio. It had a cozy loveseat along with a table and chairs, and it overlooked the pool with a lovely view. It was a perfect place to relax, especially with the natural sunlight that filled the condo throughout the day.
The layout, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, was ideal and made the stay even more comfortable.
Check-in and check-out were both seamless and stress-free, and the owners were fantastic to work with. They communicated clearly and promptly before our arrival, which made everything easy and reassuring.
Overall, this was an outstanding experience!

We love Bahama Bay!! Our 4th time. First time in this wonderful unit. It’s just like the pictures. The resort is great for walking, swimming and even food and entertainment on the weekends. Our host answered any of our questions within minutes. Loved being on the bottom floor. Would definitely book here again. You’re near enough to attractions, but not too near.

The condo is well furnished and beds were comfortable. Communication with owner was always immediate. The condo was not well cleaned. We had to wash sheets for sofa bed before using. Floors were not clean and we had to clean dishwasher prior to using.
