Newly renovated in 2023 - this tastefully decorated, charming, 980-square-foot condo sits mere steps from the ocean beach and fabulous shopping and dining in downtown Isle of Palms! Enjoy a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool, and soak up the sunshine. Access a private fishing pier next door. This condo is in Isle of Palm’s prime location, across from the ocean and near many local restaurants! This condo has a full, well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, while the spacious living room and bedrooms come with 55-inch smart TVs with cable.

This condo is just a few steps from the Seven-Mile Front Beach and only blocks from groceries and other specialty stores. The Isle of Palms Marina is only slightly over two miles east, while downtown Charleston - with its world-class restaurants and rich culture and history - is just 14 miles west. The Isle of Palms County Park is also right across the road, offering a playground, umbrella rentals, grills, and a sand volleyball court.

This is a beautiful condo with a great location! Very clean, walking distance to beach and restaurants! There were two issues, the code did not work to enter the unit on the door lock. It was almost an hour to get a hold of someone to help us get into the condo. The air conditioning also did not work. It is hard to get a hold of the property manager.

My son had a baseball tournament in Mt Pleasant and stayed in Isle of Palms. Great location because it was close to the baseball fields. Condo was updated and looked just like the pictures. It was also very clean. The beach access and laundry access through the sea cabin next door was a prefect addition. Condo is in walking distance to grocery stores, a lot of restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend!

Flooring is Bad. Sink in master bathroom wouldn’t drain. Pool needs attention. Exterior buildings run down. Location good.
