This single level home is located in a quiet area across the street from the Isle of Palms Recreation center where you and your family will enjoy the dog park, playground, tennis, basketball, and other amenities. The popular screened-in porch with a sectional sofa is a great place to lounge after a day at the beach. If preparing meals in the fully-equipped kitchen is simply not enough, give the gas grill a chance and grill out on your deck. This dog-friendly retreat offers guests direct beach access and a convenient outdoor shower so you can rinse off the sand before lounging in the living area.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. We loved it again! It is a very easy walk to the beach. Right across the street from a dog park and the recreational park. My kids love to go over and play pickle ball and play basketball. Even though you can’t see the ocean, you can still hear it. It’s so soothing and relaxing on the front porch.

We had a wonderful stay. The park across the street was great for our young kids. The county park with great beach access was only a short drive away.

This house is in a great location on IOP. Close to Wild Dunes and the beach. We stayed at this home for a work trip and overall we were comfortable. The house has a nice kitchen and back patio. Negatives were that there was sand in the beds and all over the couch when we got there. That should have been taken care of.
The worst part though was the bathroom, especially in the morning.
The shower water was very cold in the mornings and that was not very enjoyable, considering that we were having to wake up early for work conferences. The water did seem to heat up in the afternoons.
