Welcome to the Beach Chair Bungalow!! This well kept three bedroom/two bath home features a pool (Non-Heated), screen porch, full kitchen, washer/dryer, master bedroom with private bath and comes fully stocked including kitchen ware, a gas grill, comforters, linens, starter toiletries (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent) and towels. The home is cleaned thoroughly between each guest, has comfortable furniture, and has top notch finishes throughout. In addition to the large bed in each room there is also a pull out sofa in the sun room.
Enjoy a short walk to the beach, rent a golf cart and load up your beach gear, or just hangout at the pool for a lazy day! The Beach Chair Bungalow is near the center of Isle of Palms where you can find a grocery store, gas station, restaurants, shops, the Isle of Palms rec center, the Isle of Palms County Park, and beach bars.
Isle of Palms is approximately 25 minutes away from downtown Charleston which is famous for its shopping and history, particularly on King and Market Street. Isle of Palms has year round activities including kayaking, award winning golf courses, paddleboarding, and more. The Beach Chair Bungalow is managed by a local vacation rental company on Isle of Palms that has been giving guests the best vacation rentals for over 10 years. Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs.
