About this house rental

Gather your family together and treat them to a dream vacation at 29 on 24th Avenue on the Isle of Palms. This four-bedroom, three bath home has the amenities that will make everyone’s dreams come true. The children will run straight to the new pool where they will spend hours living a dream, floating and playing games. It might be hard to get them to leave the house and head to the beach, which is located straight down 24th Avenue. A City Beach Access Path located at the end of the street makes beach access easy. Where the kids are going to love the new private pool and sun deck, the adults are going to enjoy the spacious outdoor living room located on the screen porch. During the heat of the day or under the Carolina star filled night, the screen porch is the perfect spot to dream of the past and make plans for the future.

Inside of this wonderful home you will find a unique floor plan. 29 on 24th Avenue features a formal dining room, living room and kitchen. All newly decorated and wonderful. A large pantry is located off of the kitchen and provides access to the house with the electronic lock. Once inside, there a several exterior doors to access the screen porch, pool deck and front deck. The master bedroom, featuring a king bed, and the guest queen bedroom each features a private full bath. The second guest bedroom has a king bed. Finally, the large fourth bedroom is perfect for adults or kids with two full beds. The King bedroom and bedroom with two full beds share a hall bath. Finally, when the sun has set and it is time to dream about the adventures of the day, your family will all be comfortable with new mattresses featured in each bedroom. Just a short walk will bring you to the dream destination that makes the Isle of Palms one of the best beaches on the East Coast. Matter of fact, the Island has been awarded the Blue Wave Award for the cleanliness of the beach and the water that your family will enjoy countless hours during your dream vacation.

Ideally located, this beach house on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (6 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (7 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (15 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens.

*Home Truths:*
- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- This home allows 1 dog under 40 lbs, approved in advance, for a $250 fee; undisclosed animals brought into the home without AvantStay’s approval may result in a minimum $500 fine.
- Pool heat is available for $100/day + tax (4-night minimum, 24-hour notice), weather permitting (average temperatures above 55°F). Pool heating is typically not needed in the summer unless unusually cool. If the system is down, we will refund any unused days of pool heat; however, additional compensation is not provided.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Great place for our family to stay. 1 floor plan was perfect for us as we had a 4 and 2 year old and didn't have to run to steps. Close enough to the beach and public entrance. Kitchen was well stocked almost took to the end of vacation to see where everything was .Pool was great, plenty of shallow area for the kids and big enough for the adults. Large JBL blue tooth speaker was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

This house was the perfect spot for a family vacation gathering. The screened-in porches were a favorite place to hang out for 1 year olds and 56 year olds alike. The rooms are all spacious and beautifully decorated, especially the kitchen/dining area - just gorgeous. The house is in a wonderful location. You're just 2 blocks from the beach and not too far away from the grocery, coffee shop, bagel shop, and various restaurants. Rent a golf cart! Parking is hard to come by at places and a golf cart is the perfect alternative. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

The house was everything it promised. It was very well appointed with everything you would need. We had a wonderful week. I would stay here again. It would have been helpful to know that the locked door was in the backyard but that was the only confusion about checking in.
