Owner trying to be a bully

The apartment is really clean and nice…Value for money paid

Had a bad encounter from the owner of the apartment. There was a fault on my side for inviting couple of people to the apartment and the owner wasn’t satisfied he asked me to pay more or make a deposit of some amount which I agreed but I sensed he was trying to play smart on me the next day on checkout. After couple misunderstandings ,he said my friends should leave which they agreed,after a while he has me to leave and after few minutes, he was calling to his *guys* to come with 2 cars to the apartment. I wasn’t scare of his threats and actions, he thought he could intimidate me so I also called the police to come to the scene. He figured I wasn’t going to suppress to his stylish bullies they he reached out and offer to return some amount back to me just so I could leave. I wonder how people will think they can bully some people because it’s their country

The apartment was very dirty and smelly. We were desperate for sleep so had no choice but to stay there, luckily for just few hours.

Great apartment!

The flat is very stylish, I loved everything about it. Large balcony where you can sit out at and have a sig, or just tan as it’s a great sun trap! If you drive there is a nice late not far from the property. Bed was comfy as well as the sofa. They had really good washing machine, working TV to listen to for some music.

Shower was a bit annoying, the curtain kept sticking to me, and if you aim shower at you, the water would poor out and flood the whole bathroom. The place wasn’t as clean as expected, but I suppose they had to rush to get it ready for us for an hour earlier, which was really kind of them so we appreciated that.

It may be better

-The apartment is clean. -It was quiet even though there was a construction site next to us. Probably because it was a weekend. Probably because it was a weekend. -Wi-Fi is good

-The GPS has hardly found the address. -The building, even if it is very beautiful, is located on a partially unpaved street. It is located in a developing neighborhood. -All the doors scream. -In the living room there are no window blinds. In the bedroom they exist but are not opaque enough. At sunrise, light is coming inside the house. -In the living room the furniture does not look like the one in the photos. The wardrobe is an old one and painted. It's worse than those in the pictures -The sheets are made of terry with elastic and are not comfortable. -The towels are very old and threadbare. -The shower cabin was better to have glass door not curtain. -Glasses and tableware are hard to find two of the same kind. -Some cutlery and pots were dirty in the cupboard and they needed washing. Perhaps for this reason in the cupboard were a strong smell of rancid. -Just two cups for coffee, one of them had a broken handle.

W miarę szybki i łatwy dojazd na lotnisko. Cisza i spokój, parking zlokalizowany na wprost budynku, widać z balkonu. Żabka w tym samym budynku, obok klatki wejściowej. Mieszkanie nowe , wszystkie urządzenia AGD nowe, lodówka czyściutka. Standard adekwatny do ceny, także polecam serdecznie.

Dodatkowo płatny parking. Brak ekspresu do kawy.

Sehr gepflegtes Appartment in einem Vorort von Danzig.

Das Appartment ist sehr nett eingerichtet, alles sehr gepflegt und modern. Das Bad ist gut ausgestattet, inklusive Waschmaschine. Sehr schöne geräumige Dusche. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Sofa bequem, auch zum Schlafen. Flur und Treppenhaus sehr sauber und gepflegt. Kleiner Laden unten im Häuserkomplex.

Die WC-Brille hat nicht auf die Toilette gepasst. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut.

Apartament w miarę nowy i przestronny, a do tego dobrze wyposażony i w cichej okolicy. Kontakt z właścicielem dobry.

Czystość pozostawiała trochę do życzenia, mimo rezerwacji na 3 osoby, były 2 zestawy ręczników, plus w dniu przyjazdu trzeba było upominać się o wskazówki dostania się do apartamentu, mimo wcześniejszych informacji od właściciela, że "Spotkamy się na miejscu", a adres podany na bookingu był obok realnej lokalizacji apartamentu.

Mieszkanie ładne, ale obsługa i forma przyjmowania ludzi niestety wszystko psuje.

Bardzo ładne mieszkanie, w miarę nowe, ładnie urządzone. Wyposażenie w miarę ok, utrzymana czystość, ale pościel zdecydowanie nie hotelowa, tylko jakby wyprana w domu z użytym normalnym płynem, więc jak ktoś ma alergię to nie polecam. 3 piętro z windą, blok dopiero co wybudowany, w okolicy ładny lasek ze strumykiem, do morza bardzo daleko wiadomo, niedaleko przystań kolbudy z jeziorem.

Obiekt sam w sobie był okej. Natomiast osoba kontaktowa/właściciel trochę popsuł nam wyjazd. Początkowo w terminie, w którym można było odwołać rezerwację nie odpisał na pytanie dotyczące dodatkowego kosztu za zwierzęta (mimo to wysłane były inne wiadomości). Dopiero dzień przed przyjazdem około godziny 21 smsowo powiadomiono nas, że za koty jest dodatkowa opłata 50 zł za dobę. Parking jest płatny 40 zł za dobę i właściciel nie dokona rezerwacji miejsca, dopóki nie dostanie blika. Kolejno po przyjeździe otrzymaliśmy błędną informację o miejscu parkingowym, przez co mało nie odholowali nam samochodu, bo staliśmy na czyimś miejscu… bo właściciel się pomylił. Poza tym jest za dużo kontaktu z właścicielem, zamiast napisać wszystko przed przyjazdem, abyśmy mieli jasny pogląd na sytuację to informacje są dawkowane. Był kontakt dzień przed przyjazdem, trzeba dać znać 30 minut przed dojazdem i dopiero wtedy wysyłają informacje o wejściu, potem nie działała sieć - właściciel nie odpisywał, okazało się że przesłał nam w smsie również błędną nazwę i hasło do sieci, informacje gdzie ukryty jest ruter dostaliśmy dopiero dzień przed wyjazdem. Dzień przed przyjazdem był także telefon i sms o której się wymeldujemy (są jasno określone zasady, że można to zrobić do 10, więc nie wiem po co takie napastowanie), a jakby tego było mało trzeba 5 minut przed wyjściem poinformować właściciela, że wychodzicie. Trzeba się spowiadać naprawdę ze wszystkiego, informacje nie są od początku jasne, nie można odpocząć bo cały czas coś.

Nie poleciłbym najgorszemu wrogowi. Deluxe to tam był tylko syf.

Spokojne osiedle.

Wszechobecny syf i smród w mieszkaniu, a do tego bardzo nieprzyjemny właściciel, który powinien zostać ponownie zweryfikowany przez platformę booking. Szukasz noclegu? Nie daj się zwieść tym pięknym zdjęciom, które nie mają nic wspólnego z rzeczywistością. Gość traktowany jest jak maszynka do robienia pieniędzy, bez dawania nic w zamian. Mieszkanie nieposprzątane po poprzednich gościach i to chyba odkąd zaczęło być wynajmowane. Smród w mieszkaniu udało się szybko zlokalizować - stary, śmierdzący mop schowany był w szafie w przedpokoju. Całe wyposażenie kuchni - naczynia, sztućce, garnki, wszystko brudne jakby ktoś użył i schował do szafki. W czajniku przynajmniej kilkumiesięczna warstwa kamienia, reszta sprzętów również pokryta warstwą brudu. Kanapa, prześcieradło, krzesła, poduszki, wszystko poplamione substancjami mniej lub bardziej wiadomego pochodzenia. Łazienka po prostu obrzydliwa. Wszędzie rozsypany proszek do prania, piasek z plaży i brudna cała armatura. Balkon to osrana przez ptaki zupełnie nieintegralna część mieszkania. Na koniec SMS z informacją, żeby następne rezerwacje dokonywać bezpośrednio u właściciela. Nie daj się nabrać na cukierkowe zdjęcia mieszkań, Gdańsk to piękne miasto, nie warto psuć sobie pobytu noclegiem w takim miejscu.
