This Duplex is lovely and unique containing approx 1500 sq ft of living space, built in 1962. Renovated to feature modern living with stunning sunset views of Cheyenne Mountain and Pikes Peak from the large living room window. It contains 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. With a full kitchen, dining room, and bar serving area. Located 10 mins to local attractions which include, the Broadmoor, The Broadmoor World Arena, Fort Carson, Downtown Colorado Springs, Air Force Acadamy, and too much to list.
You can expect a very comfortable, sanitary, professionally cleaned, and private living space while you visit Colorado Springs, Manitu Springs, Pikes Peak, Air Force Acadamy, and all the other local attractions and events. Relax in front of Colorado's famous front range sunsets viewable from the massive window in the living room. Enjoy frequent visits from the local wildlife and enjoy your morning sunrise coffee.
