Perfect location. Easy walk to Coligny shops and restaurants. Condo is very nice, had everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Yes, it's small, but perfect for two. We had a couple issues with our "codes" but Vacasa was very quick and attentive. Such a beautiful week.

We have stayed at the Sea Side Villas in the past and have always enjoyed our stay. The property is small but it provided everything we needed. I agree with other post about the furniture being uncomfortable but we were fortunate to be outside for most of our stay.
The bedroom is small and even with fans warm.

I enjoyed my stay. Condo was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I will not book a Vacasa property ever again. This was one of two properties I stayed at while visiting Hilton Head Island. Both properties I had been given the option to pay for a late check out. Both times I had housekeeping walk in on me. This is due to a lack of communication between VRBO and Vacasa and also because Vacasa removes all inside security locks from their properties. This means that anyone with the code can potentially enter at any time. As a solo female traveler this is unacceptable. I would feel safer staying at the motel down the street. They at least leave deadbolts on the doors and let housekeeping know of late check outs.
