About this villa rental

Close to sailing, scuba diving, and more, this beach villa brings it all within reach. Brittany Beaches is within an easy 11-minute walk and Plage du Clouet is also a quick 12-minute walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers covered onsite parking.

After you return to this 2045-sq-ft villa, unwind in the hot tub or sip a drink in the garden, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental features a living room, a dining area, a sofa bed, and a BBQ grill. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and an ice maker. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll have a washer and dryer, too.

A very well appointed property - modern, clean and in a quiet residential pocket with a great view. The village of Carantec is easily walkable for people without restricted mobility - maybe a mile away - and has a choice of restaurants etc. Wider area is ideal for coastal walks and so on, and the house is well located for easy road access. The property management service was good - responsive and professional. Communication with the owner was not good for us in the sense that we did not get any responses to questions etc. and seemed to receive automated type emails only. This didn't really affect our holiday as the property management service worked well. Only one hand towel and one large (bath) towel per person is supplied (and no change of bedding). For a 10 day break I think this is insufficient. I asked for, and received, extra towels (one more bath and one more hand) but it feels a little mean spirited to me to ration towels like this.

Wir haben mir 4 Paaren eine Woche im September 2021 in dieser schönen , neu gebauten Ferienvilla verbracht. Einziger Kritikpunkt: es gibt im ganzen Haus nur zwei WCs., eines im Erd- und eines im Untergeschoss. Das WC im Untergeschoss ist noch nicht einmal mit einem Waschbecken ausgestattet! Leider ging dies so aus der Beschreibung des Objektes im Internet leider nicht hervor.

Très belle maison neuve située dans une petite impasse très calme. Vue magnifique sur la Baie de Morlaix. Nous avons adoré la maison, spacieuse, claire. Très agréable à vivre. Cuisine au top. J´ai souvent des problèmes de sommeil durant les vacances, mais ici j´ai dormis comme un bébé ce qui était un très grand plus pour moi. Belle terrasse où nous pouvions prendre presque tous les matins le petit déjeuner, même en septembre, il faut dire que nous avons été gâtés par le temps. Le SPA est parfait. A refaire sans modération

Séjour : 31 Juillet - 7 Aout 2021 Super séjour en famille avec amis dans une grande maison de rêve ! Malgré que le temps ait été mitigé (d'ailleurs comme un peu partout en France) nous avons adoré cette superbe villa neuve, sa vue mer ainsi que la beauté et le calme des lieux. Nous nous souviendrons de nos balades sur le GR34, nos footings matinaux surtout celui jusqu'au bout de l'île Caillot (12.5 kms A/R). Quelques belles balades bretonnes vers la pointe Saint-Mathieu, le bunker à Plougonvelin, Oceanopolis à Brest, etc Villegiature à recommander ! A recommander aussi le restaurant Ty Pot à Carandec.

Superbe maison moderne, rien ne manque dans l'équipement. Une chambre au niveau du séjour permet au lève-tôt de ne pas déranger les occupants des quatre autres chambres situées au niveau du jardin. Possibilité de profiter de chaque endroit de la maison en toute tranquillité ( spa- terrasse- grande cuisine pour des petits-déjeuners amicaux .....etc ) Accueil simple et convivial.

Très beau séjour dans cette belle région et excellent accueil et gentillesse de nos hôtes Christelle et Frédérick. Leur villa est moderne, fonctionnelle, bien équipée, décorée avec goût, idéalement située face à la baie et point de départ de nombreuses options de ballades. Nous recommandons sans hésitation!
