Stayed for four nights with two kids and we found the apartment almost perfect for our needs with costing too much. Denis was good on communication. We cooked most evening meals and managed to wash several loads of clothes! Good to be by the sea and Courselles is a nice town. Managed to explore several landing beaches and Caen without spending too much time in the car. Only quibble is the block and immediate area are fairly characterless and there was no kettle to make tea!!

We enjoyed our time here. A bit noisy with so many seagulls, and a bit smelly from the marina water. But the apartment itself was great. We had to use the sofa bed, would've been nice to have an extra chair to sit in when the bed was set out.

Great location

Great location with great views and magical sunsets. Courseulles-sur-mer is a nice little town with excellent eating. The host was available and made great restaurant recommendations. Apartment was in good condition (a bit on the dusty side for nit pickers like me). Older travellers should take note that the apartment is three flight of stairs up and seating is on stools.

Für unsere Ausflüge in die Umgebung war das Appartement in Courseulles-sur-Mer ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer, Strand und Innenstadt waren zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das Appartement war für 2 Erwachsene ausreichend groß. Allerdings hätten wir uns noch einen Kleiderschrank oder Regale gewünscht. Für die Bekleidung war unserer Meinung nach zu wenig Platz.
