The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Ground floor: Bedroom 30 sqm and with 1 double bed, TV and with its own living area and its own entrance. You have access to the 30 sqm terrace with garden furniture. Bathroom with shower and WC. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
Upper floor: Living room with lounge, dinette, TV and sea view. You have access to the 25 sqm balcony with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms each 13 sqm and with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living room with dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Top floor: Bedroom 11 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
