Best view, best location

The apartman is literally 5 steps from the beach. A huge Interspar open till late evening is 8 minutes walk as well as some nice restaurants. A little bit further there's an excellent beach dedicated for dogs with all the utilities (dog shower, wc, bar, etc)

Unfortunately disappointing!

Beachfront location and friendly hosts. WLAN access is ok, not hight speed but with 6-8 Mbit in both directions quite decent and absolutely sufficient for us. Crikvenica is a lively, small and beautiful town

Missing air conditioner in both bedrooms. Hidden costs for using the air conditioner (6€ daily) The toilet/bathroom is very small and very worn, often smelling very uncomfortable. Toilet seat is extremely cheap and keeps slipping out of the socket. Window is broken, towel holder too. Lack of living or seating area. Small and poorly equipped kitchen. Very limited privacy on the terrace. The existing room separation offers only little privacy and no acoustic protection at all. Sitting at the terrace table, the view from the terrace to the sea is largely blocked by brickwork. Access to the existing car parking lot is difficult and it is not possible to spontaneously use the parked car as it is often blocked by other vehicles. All in all, a really unfavorable price-performance ratio (166.2€ per day in an August week) for a small attic apartment.

Fantastic place with nice host but hidden fees and managed by some robot company

The location in front of the water is something that adds a lot to the value. The room has everything you need: kitchenette, big balcony with fantastic view and a comfy bed.

This is important, please read: There is A 5 EURO fee for air conditioning. It is written but you need to read every page of the ad. The fee is hidden. Also, in our room (1st floor in the middle) the air conditioning was not working as you expect. The air is not so cold even at 17 degrees and it doesn't cool the room. We used it a lot hoping it will have some effect but it didn't. We were very surprised at the end to see we were charged for AC and I had to read every portion of the ad to find where it is mentioned. ALSO: the property is not managed online by the owner, it is managed by some company called Adriatica (which has no human to answer your questions) and you don't see this immediately on Booking, you see it after you book and the advance is non-refundable. I didn't want to give a bad review because the good outweighs the bad. The host is friendly and kind.

A pleasant extension to our holiday - thanks to Easyjet cancelling our flight.

Location and views were brilliant.

The bedroom felt bare and unloved, and the pillows were not very comfortable. The fridge door opened away from the work area ; a bit annoying. No personalized tour/sightseeing recommendations, old local maps just old brochures

Ár érték arányban drága az apartman, nem kedvesek, alig beszélnek angolul

az apartman jó helyen helyezkedik el, közel van a tenger.

a két szobás apartman a tetőtérben van (majdnem 30 lépcső míg felérsz) és ahogy belépsz nagyon kevés a hely - mivel itt az étkező asztal is - még három embernek is. A terasz jó nagy, de ami döbbenet, hogy a tengerre néző kilátás azt jelenti, hogy állva nézheted a tengert,mert ha ülsz, akkor egy betonfalat látsz:( . Pedig a kilátás a Krk szigetre nagyon szép, de aki ezt így építette (mindössze 30 cm-rel kellett volna lejjebb tenni a párkányt), azzal ezt a falat nézetném egész életében. Hát ez nagyon elrontja az egész hangulatát. A szomszéd apartman terasza úgy van leválasztva, hogy egy darab vitorlavászon van kihúzva. Ha a szomszéd a teraszon dohányzik, akkor azt a füstöt te szívod a teraszodon. A bérbeadó nem kedves, 3 főre 1 tekercs WC papírt adtak, és mindig úgy kellett őket keresni, hogy adjanak még. A szemetet nem viszik el (legalább adott volna zsákot, akkor mi cseréltük volna), egyszer sem jöttek, hogy kellene-e felmosni vagy valamit csinálni. Az utca ahol az apartman van, az nagyon keskeny, (ugyan egyirányú legalább, de azért a motor,roller,bicikli mindenfelől jön) és az egyik oldalt még a parkoló autók el is foglalják, és rendesen sétálni nem lehet, mert állandóan a kocsik elől próbálsz kitérni. A parkolás az apartmannál nem jó, mert ha egy meredek keskeny rámpán feljutottál, akkor "egymás hegyén hátán" állnak az udvaron az autók. Különben állj meg az úton és szurkolj, hogy ne húzzák meg az autódat.

Úžasné místo. Skvělý majitel, úžasné výhledy, pohodlne spaní

Úžasná lokalita, klid, perfektní majitel, velice ochotný a přátelsky. Dog friendly, jen na pláž se musí psi, plaz před ubytováním je bez psů.

Vybavení koupelny bylo hodně poničené, zejména sprcha. To jediné kazilo celkovy dojem. Jinak vše perfektní.
