The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 8 rooms (from which 6 bedrooms), is 250 sqm and can accommodate up to 14 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Living room Bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa and TV. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed.
Ground floor (separate apartment): 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine. Separate toilet with WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
