About this house rental

Our house is bright, welcoming, and comfortable, furnished with Mediterranean charm and great attention to detail. It can accommodate up to four people, and a crib is also provided. The living area features an open-concept kitchen, there are two bedrooms, a shower and a bathroom, a radio/TV, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, a charcoal grill, and even a swimming pool.



Important Information

Parties or group events are strictly prohibited on the property and inside the accommodation. 
Bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations are not permitted at this property.
The property may only be occupied by the number of guests specified at the time of booking.
 

There is NO charging station for electric vehicles at the house. Charging electric or hybrid vehicles using the household outlets in the rented vacation home is prohibited.
The home’s electrical system is not designed for such high continuous loads.
This can lead to overheating, short circuits, or, in the worst case, even cable fires.
You will find several public charging stations in nearby Wesenberg.
If we nevertheless discover that an electric car has been charged, we will charge a flat fee of 150 euros for the electricity consumed, as only the standard household electricity consumption is included in the rental price.

You may be held liable for any damage caused to or inside the accommodation during your stay.
