Vacation home by the lake

Our vacation home is located in a village of 300 residents. The property is about 30 meters from the lake. It takes 2 minutes to reach the public beach, or you can swim right from the property’s own dock.
The 200-square-meter non-smoking living space features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen-living room, and a studio. The spacious layout across two full floors provides the necessary privacy for extended families or groups of friends, even on cloudy days. The modern kitchen gives you plenty of freedom for self-catering. You can enjoy a delicious meal at the large table. The patio and garden are perfect for relaxing or barbecuing. Reading a good book by the fireplace or in the studio overlooking the lake offers deep relaxation.
