About this house rental
Directly on the Großer Zechliner See, one of the cleanest lakes in the country, just outside the town, you will find a cosy holiday home for up to 5 people on a separate lakeside plot of approx. 1,200 square metres with a private jetty. A fenced, statutory footpath runs across the property, which leads you to a beautiful beach and a restaurant after about 400 square metres. Shopping facilities are available in Kagar, approx. 2 km away. The approx. 65 square metre, centrally heated house with partial lake view has a large entrance hall with seating, a living room (upholstered furniture, sofa bed & extra bed, flat screen TV, radio), a dining room (dining table, fireplace), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (1 x double bed and access to the veranda, 1 x 2 single beds), a bathroom (shower, WC) and a furnished veranda with a view of the lake. The spacious property also has sun loungers, seating, a swing, a barbecue, a bicycle storage room and a car park. A rowing boat (also with electric motor) and bicycles can be hired by arrangement for a fee. Final cleaning, electricity, gas and water costs are included in the total price. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them for a fee. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, laundry package, firewood (on request) 5 EUR/basket.
The region around the Großer Zechliner See is located in the middle of the Rheinsberg lake district in the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park in the north of Brandenburg and is characterised by its wooded and natural surroundings. Other interconnected lakes are located in the immediate vicinity and offer the best conditions for water hiking, fishing and swimming. The area is also ideal for nature lovers who enjoy cycling, hiking, mushroom picking and wildlife watching and is administratively part of Kagar, a district of the town of Rheinsberg, which is approx. 14 km away. In Kagar there is a public landing stage for rowing and canoeing boats, restaurants and a small shop for everyday products. There is a supermarket in Flecken-Zechlin, approx. 4 km away, and other shops and restaurants in Rheinsberg.
