About this house rental
Villa Las Carmenes is a villa for 6-7 people located 150 meters from the beach which gives its name to the urbanization, Fuente del Gallo, which is 2-3 min walking distance. The villa is also close to the beaches of "Puntalejos", "del aceite" and the fishing port of Cape Roche.
The area offers many services such as restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets in easy walking distance to meet the needs of guests who choose to enjoy their holidays in this house.
In addition, guests can enjoy the amenities and services offered by the centre of Conil less than 1 km away (30 min walking distance), with all kind of tourist and local facilities: restaurants, ice cream parlours, bars ... etc.
The villa has a garden of 1,500 m. landscaped with many trees and a large lawn so that you can enjoy sunbathing by the 12-metre long pool. You can opt for morning breakfast in the spacious front porch with pool views. There is a terrace at the rear, both inside and outside in which there is installed a garden barbecue with all the necessary amenities.
It is also equipped with a free of charge and private parking up to 2 cars.
The Villa has a spacious living room with a great view, three double rooms which accommodate 6 persons on the ground floor plus a loft on the top floor for a seventh guest, and two full bathrooms for the comfort of the residents.
Using the guest bedroom for the 7th guest will increase the final budget in 80E/block of weeks.

We enjoyed a great week in that very nice villa, which represents a lot of history.
The pool and garden are nice and enjoyable to stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, there were three bedrooms, so that our kids could each have their own.
The area is so quiet that you can hear the ocean and the breaking of the waves.
We will come back in the future.
