On the first floor is the master bedroom with a large double bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. In front of the bedroom there is a large terrace with stunning sea views and, in winter, views of the sunset. The second bedroom on the first floor has sofabed of good quality. It has access to the terrace with sea views. It is possible to use the bathroom of the master bedroom, but it can also be separated. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. In the garden there are several sun loungers by the pool and a lawn area surrounded by many palm trees and Mediterranean plants. The house is located in a quiet residential area, and the beautiful Cala de Puntalejos is just a few minutes’ walk away. In Fuente del Gallo there is a supermarket and several restaurants during the season. Conil is about 4 km away.
