Luxury villa a stone throw from the beach with wonderful sea views This modern villa with private pool and fantastic sea views is located just a stone's throw from the beautiful beach of Conil-Fuente del Gallo. With its four bedrooms, Casa del Mar is ideal for a large family or two families who want to live close to the beach without having to miss out on modern comforts. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table. The panoramic windows offer a marvellous view of the sea. A double bedroom with en-suite shower room as well as a guest WC are also located on the ground floor. The master bedroom on the first floor has a magnificent view of the sea towards the lighthouse and you can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the lighthouse. It has an elegant large bathroom with shower and bathtub ensuite. Two further bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed) share a further bathroom with shower and bathtub. All bedrooms and the living area are air-conditioned so that the house can be kept at a pleasant temperature all year round. The private pool is located directly in front of the furnished terrace and there is a barbecue to the side of the house with a large dining table overlooking the sea. Behind the house there is space for 3 cars and a small lawn is ideal for the children to play football or play on the swings. In the basement there are two steppers and a treadmill. To get to the beach, just walk past the small restaurant "La Terracita" and then down the steps or ramp to the beautiful cove of Fuente del Gallo, which is lined with golden yellow cliffs. From around May to mid-October, you can enjoy a sundowner and a meal in the beach bar "Kanguru". At low tide you can walk along the beach all the way to Conil or past the Hotel Flamenco to the small cove of Puntalejos.
