This detached cottage rests in Wales and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
8 Glan Ysgethin is a detached all-ground-floor bungalow resting in Tal-y-bont near Llanbedr, Wales. There are three bedrooms in the cottage sleeping six guests, comprising of a double with a TV, a second double and a twin, served by a cloakroom and a bathroom. There is also a kitchen, dining room, sitting room with a woodburning stove and a conservatory. Outside are patio areas to the front and rear, with the latter having a pond, furniture and a barbecue. 8 Glan Ysgethin is a glorious family holiday home for your escape to Wales.
Amenities: Electric central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, nespresso coffee machine with aeroccino milk frother with complimentary selection (you will to bring your own pods with you), fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 1 40" TV in the lounge and and additional 2 x TV and WiFi. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for three cars on shared driveway. Front patio and rear patio with pond, furniture and barbecue. Two small, well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 0.3 miles. 15 minute walk away from Talybont beach. Note: Though the pond is covered with a Diamond Deck safety grid system, children and pets must be supervised at all times in the rear garden. Note: The driveway is steep so please be careful when reversing. Note: This property has recently refurbished and updated the conservatory and kitchen - new photos will be available soon. Please note: A property consultant visited after the recent feedback and confirmed the issues have been resolved.
