Bwthyn Y Mor consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and dining area, a sitting room with feature fireplace and Smart TV, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a snug with Smart TV, and a conservatory/games room. The bedrooms consist of three king-sizes and two singles, serviced by a bathroom, shower room, and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, and hot tub, plus off-road parking for three cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair, travel cot, and stairgate available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 0.5 miles, beach 0.5 miles. Enjoy a family-filled adventure to Bwthyn Y Mor. Town: Tal-Y-Bont is a coastal village, resting to the North of the popular town of Barmouth and is situated within the Snowdonia National Park. Within the village you will find a pristine beach with a backdrop of sand dunes and caravan parks. This compact village benefits from the railway station, a bus stop, a traditional pub called the Ysgethin Inn and an Italian takeaway. Within four miles you will find the resort town of Barmouth offering superb walking and cycling routes, as well as a number of outdoor activities to enjoy. Further afield, is the superb Coed y Brenin Forest Park and the enchanting village of Portmeirion. Tal-Y-Bont promises a wonderful base for touring this coastal location further.
