This single-storey semi-detached cottage is close to the village of Whimple in East Devon, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Broadclyst Cottage is a delightful single-storey cottage situated close to Whimple near Ottery St Mary in Devon. The cottage offers two bedrooms, comprising of a double and a bunk bedroom, plus a shower room, this cottage can sleep four guests. There is also a kitchen and sitting room with dining area. To the outside, there is a small lawned garden plus shared use of the outdoor swimming pool. Off-road parking for one car. Broadclyst Cottage is a fabulous base with plenty to see and do around East Devon.
Amenities: Central heating. Electric oven and hob with extractor fan , microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with DVD player, WiFi.Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Private patio/garden area. Shared use of outdoor heated swimming pool (May - end of August). One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.8 miles, pub 0.8 miles
