It’s easily accessible by car, great with private parking spot. Tram stop right in front as well. Very spacious!
We were unfortunately quite disappointed by this apartment (2-bedroom apartment on 14th floor). The apartment, especially the bathrooms, are in need of some love and/or renovation. In the master bedroom, the armchair and desk chair were very stained and dirty. Also, the comforter on the bed was stained and there was no other clean blanket in the apartment. In the wardrobe, there was another clearly used blanket and dirty bedsheets from what I assume previous guests.
Right in front of the living room windows and balcony, a new high rise is being built. This not only takes the view of the ocean, but it’s also extremely noisy. There was also construction on our floor, and a lot of road noise.
