    Very disappointed with our stay at Crown Towers Private Apartments. While the owner of the property, was good with communication, it’s his housekeeper who needs significant improvement. Pillows had a bad smell, floors had visible stains, and the tiled floors were oily and sticky — I had to mop them myself because I couldn’t bear walking on them. The kettle, toaster, and coffee machine were dirty. There was visible dust accumulation everywhere, and mould in the bathrooms and sink. Exhaust fans in both bathrooms weren’t working, and the air conditioning in the lounge was also not functioning. The dryer was full of lint and dirt inside and out — I had to clean it thoroughly before using it. On top of all this, we found personal belongings in the drawers, which made it feel more like someone’s private residence than a properly managed Agoda accommodation. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance was unacceptable. * Take note also that this is privately managed and not managed by mantra / crown towers itself.
