Great facilities and room

Lovely apartment in a great resort. We were super happy with the location and the facilities in the apartment and at the resort.
We couldn’t get any response from the host when it came to check in. We tried calling the number provided, sent emails and sent messages via the app. We never received any information from them about how to access the property or where to park prior to our check in date which was strange but we thought we would get it on the day, nothing - we had to contact Booking.com customer service and thankfully they were able to help us. We requested a cot but it was nowhere to be found. We had no information about what we had access to within the resort. We sent several messages throughout our stay and no reply to anything. We spent thousands of dollars on a 2-week stay, it was very disappointing to be treated this way by the host.

Great location near light rail stop, very easy walk to beach
It was advertised as having a sofa bed, and I booked for 3 adults and 2 children. The sofa bed was in the form of a recliner. This definitely isn’t a sofa bed!!!!
