Deceptive pictures, rental is through a third party agency with a huge deposit, additional paperwork and a hike across town to collect keys.

Location was very good. Very close to tram, promenade, shios etc Communication was initially very good.

Key pick up was 15 - 20 min walk from apartment. Curtains in living room where sofa bed was were only light voile so room was very bright in the mornings, balcony was very small so difficult to move table and chairs inside to close shutters at night. Shutters creaked alot in the wind. Request for link for luggage storage prior to checkout not answered until 45 min after checkout, Request for additional hour as checkout was 10am was refused also. Pillow cases , duvet cover etc for sofa bed had to be put on by ourselves, yet instructions for checkout were quite demanding eg strip beds, fold used towels, load and switch on dishwasher, bring rubbish to outside bins. This is not unusual for accommodation i understand but maybe not appropriate with 10am MAX checkout in my opinion.
