Great studio apartment with a fabulous view.

We enjoyed our visit. The apartment is very centrally located in this cute town. The place is very clean. We loved the light therapy in the bathroom. The heater in the bathroom was great for warming up our towels after our shower. It has a kitchen and full sized fridge but we did not use it because we wanted to try out the restaurants in town.

Parking is only free for 2 hours during the day using a "disc-orario" and overnight. Before arriving, download the Easypark app and park in the blue parking spots on Viale Tommaso Grossi which is about €17/day. You can also add time remotely which is nice. No shampoo or body soap is provided so bring your own. It would have been nice to have a few extra fluffy pillows for the bed. This place is a studio apartment with a Murphy (fold-down) bed which was not clearly explained in the listing. We had to pull it down when we arrived because it was a couch. We spend a hot minute searching for the bed before we realized what it was. I think the bed should be down and ready to sleep in for your future guests.

Fantastic location. Stunning views.

Having a balcony to sit out on and enjoy the view of the lake was wonderful! Location was excellent as close to everything and only 10 minute easy walk to the station. Bed converts to a settee during the day which was good and gave you lots of room.

The road outside could be noisy but was not so bad when the balcony doors were closed.

we had a lovely time.

the location and views were stunning. the public transport with both ferries and train meant we did not need a car. Due to the train stopping in Bellano we were able to make an unforgettable trip to Tirano to get the Bernina Express. Then took the post bus to chiavenna and back to bellano.; Also i was swimming everyday on the beach at the Lido.

just that people should be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no lift. 60 steps in all

No lift 🤦🏼‍♀️we were on the 3rd floor. In hindsight because we had a lot of luggage - travelling for 6 weeks - we should have left our luggage in storage at Como Town and taken a smaller bag for a the 2 nights we stayed. Would have made the trip so much more manageable getting on and off ferries etc.

A bit disappointed really for what we paid

Good location and clean.

We knew it was a fold out bed so no drama there , pulling in up and putting it back down during our 3 night stay , not very comfortable though. Water control and temperature in shower was terrible , water heater was turned off and no instructions for it or anything else in English! Owner said they'd contact us if room was available before the 4.00pm check-in time , we went to drop our bags off at 2.30 and room was free but had no message letting us know that 😐

Beautiful views from balcony. Bathroom is lovely and the apartment was very clean! Great location, right outside ferry port and shops. Lots of places for dinner and a short drive to vareena!

Balcony over looks the main road which can get quite busy so not very private but the views make up for it! Hard to find parking but once you work it out it’s fine! Easier to find parking late at night or early morning.

As others said, the wifi is not great. Also, others need to know there are 60 steps up to the apartment. We had some big luggage so it was a little difficult. We did not mind the workout though coming and going.

A Beautiful Location on Lake Como

This was the perfect place to relax after two hectic weeks in Italy. Location and view on the waterfront is beautiful. The apartment is spacious and very modern. Our host Maria was very helpful in solving some transport problems we had. Bellano itself is relaxed with some good restaurants and bars and a short ferry ride to Varenna and Bellagio. Looking forward to coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay - a fabulous location, very close to the ferry, the train station and the centre of Bellano. The photos don’t totally do the apartment justice. On the third floor, it is a great size, is light and airy, is well equipped and has magnificent views over the lake. The pull down bed is a good size and very comfortable. The host was responsive to our requests and Bellano is a really lovely place to stay to be able to explore other areas on the lake. Although the ferries aren’t too regular, it is a quieter and more laid back town on Lake Como - a much better pace to stay amongst locals, avoiding the crowds and tourists in other places like Como and Bellagio. We would love to return - thank you!

The apartment has a washing machine but no iron and no substantial airer is provided to be able to dry clothes. It would have been nice to have had basics provided in the kitchen e.g. salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar and tea/coffee. The wardrobe hanging space is also positioned really high up which take some getting used to! We hope you consider these points to make your lovely apartment even better. Thank you!

Location of the property is perfect. There is a nice view from the balcony. Restaurants and shop is in a minute walk. Parking is a bit tricky, but if you figure out it's super easy too.

the location was excellent, the view was very good, the apartment was very clean, the bathroom was great. nice and quiet and no issues with the neighbours

internet was very slow and at some times unusable, the bed was not so comfortable and additional work with all the folding in and out, the air conditioning unit was not very good and failed a couple of times requiring intervention and its also noisy when trying to sleep

The location, the price, the cleanliness, the bed, how well equipped was the apartament, the view from the apartament, near the dock and also to Coffee places and restaurant. 10 minutes from the train station. I liked also that it was not crowded at all like Other places like Varenna or Bellagio. Pay attention that the ferries and not very often(just until 11 in the morning), check also very closely the train schedule also pay attention that trains can be switched with busses and you are not notified, you need to find out at the train station.

The wifi was really bad, it was not working while i was in the bathroom, but also had really slow speed when we were close to it. I don't know how is the internet speed in the region in Other places so I cannot compare it.

Great location, very modern, gorgeous views, amazing patio, and very comfortable. As pictured and a nice kitchen. The host came over to check in on us and was very friendly from what we could gather (see below). Would stay again.

As a self catering we had hoped the kitchen would have some basics (salt, pepper, olive oil), and the air con was so loud we slept with earplugs. As an FYI - communication via the app was fine due to google translate but the host does not speak English verbally

Super widok, dobra lokalizacja, czysto, ładnie, dobrze wyposażone

Niestety ale było bardzo zimno, pierwszego dnia po przyjedzie w apartamencie było 16 stopni myśleliśmy że to chwilowe i po włączeniu klimatyzacji się nagrzeje. Ale niestety przez 3 doby naszego pobytu temperatura wzrosła do 18 stopni, spaliśmy w bluzach i dalej było mało komfortowo. Byliśmy z rocznym dzieckiem a nasz pobyt zakończyliśmy chorobą.

Excellent week-end au lac de Côme

Emplacement idéal proche du centre avec commerces et restaurants, la vue sur le lac est magnifique et l'appartement est parfaitement équipé, il ne manque rien. Communication très facile avec le propriétaire et autonomie d'entrée avec clés dans une box à l'entrée du bâtiment.

La pression pour l'eau chaude était faible dans la douche et il s'agit d'un lit d'appoint, la qualité du matelas pourrait être meilleure.

Apartament doskonały! Niestety trafiliśmy na remont uliczki i dostęp był mocno utrudniony. Na szczęście kontakt z właścicielką obiektu bardzo dobry. Udzielała wszelkich możliwych wskazówek!!! Wyposażenie apartamentu bez jakiegokolwiek zastrzeżenia. Widok z balkonu wspaniały. Przy otwartych oknach może być lekki dyskomfort ze względu na ruch uliczny.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet . Es war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Blick auf den See war großartig und die Lage des Apartments war sehr zentral. Schön war auch der kleine Balkon wo man z. B. Abends gemütlich sitzen konnte Ganz einfacher und unkomplizierter Check in / out.
