Cozy in winter
The owner is a really nice person. The apartment is in a quiet location. There is a fireplace inside so in winter time the sound of burning wood was very delightful. Big shower, enough hot water, separate WC.

This is a wonderful accommodation with fantastic, friendly and kind hosts.
Our hosts were especially lovely. We had a fantastic reception experience. There is so much to love about the accommodation - from the friendliness, the beautiful house with comfortable and immaculately clean rooms, the kitchenette, dining outside (if weather permits), excellent and delicious breakfasts, and a fantastic location. My friend and I spent a wonderful two days here, and we will be returning if we can! Highly recommended!

Great Location for staying in Annecy
Location is great. Breakfast was also very nice. Room was small but it works.
Toilet was not cleaned when we checked in. They couldn't move us to another room as the hotel was full so the receptionist cleaned the toilet ASAP herself. so that's a plus for them. May ne nitpicking but I also don't like the showerhead placememt as it sprays everywhere on the floor when you take a shower.

Perfect as always!
It was our second time there. Again, we enjoyed our time and had great fun in the beautiful garden making pizza in the evening. The room was very clean. You can park your car safely in the yard. Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night. Thank you very much.

It’s amazing stay definitely come back again with family
Located in a quiet neighbourhood with stunning mountains view at the garden. Also walkable distance to the local village to get fresh French bakery for breakfast Parking is super easy just outside the property Owners are super friendly and extremely helpful You can have memorable experience with kids to make their own pizza with owner’s self-built pizza oven!
