Sanderling Sea Cottages, Unit 12

We enjoyed the beautiful view. There are many windows and a high ceiling so it felt very roomy. It was a short distance to a beach you can walk on for a long while. It was very clean, had comfortable furniture and cozy blankets and a nice decor throughout.

The fan in the bathroom was loud and there was some street noise but not too bad.

The location is amazing! The size of the cottage is perfect with fantastic picture window views of the beach and ocean. There’s a full kitchen with adequate supplies for cooking meals. The bed was very comfortable. The cottage was very clean. Beach access is so easy and that was fantastic!

The couch in the living room is a leather futon that was so hard and uncomfortable that we never were able to use it. It has no armrests for laying down, no pillows and is not the same sofa as pictured in the ad. For three days at the beach it was not good as there was no couch to get cozy in to read or watch tv or stare out at the ocean. Also there are absolutely no condiments other than salt and pepper in the kitchen so if you’re planning to cook you need to bring spices etc with you.
