This home has the best location near the beach! My favorite spot was the master bedroom upstairs, I enjoyed the view from upstairs and being able to listen to the ocean. Having two bathrooms was key, my only suggestion would be to get a curtain that isn't see thru.

This is a nice location if you are visiting Yachats. The house is clean and comfortable and there is a nice view of the ocean from the larger bedroom. Take note that all the cottages are directly on the 101 so there is a fair bit of road noise. Another thing to be aware of is that the the full bathroom is downstairs and the half bath is upstairs.

Stayed one night. View and beach access was great. Property was very difficult to find - no sign and street number was virtually hidden in plants. Right on busy highway (101) with no place to turn off if you missed the driveway. We had to turn around in the road. Parking for units 1-3 was nonexistent. All the other units had parking in front of them as they were set farther back from the road. Inside was a mixed bag. The kitchen area had older linoleum and the appliances were older. Amenities in kitchen were marginal. The bathroom area had same linoleum. Tub/shower combo looked like it was fairly new as did the wood paneling on the walls, however the wood baseboards were water stained and obviously older. The living room was carpeted with newer carpet that looked like indoor/outdoor carpet. The upstairs area looked redone recently, with the same wood paneling as downstairs. Beds in both bedrooms were ok - mattress on top of wood slats. Decor was a little different - orange and green floral carpet with pink drapes in front bedroom, different orange patterned carpet in back bedroom. Outside decks both up and down pretty weathered and worn. There was a lot of traffic noise being so close to the highway. Units 4-10 have obviously been completely redone inside and out. Hopefully units 1-3 will get the same attention. Don’t know if they are all owned by same people or have individual owners.
