We love the location of this place. It has easy access to many areas in f Nashville like downtown, German town, Eastside, etc. It is near Vanderbilt and Centennial park which we like. Trains run often behind the property but they didn’t bother us too much(I wear earplugs when I sleep so I rarely heard them in the middle of the night). I actually liked watching them from the living room. The building isn’t too big either which we like. I like the simple layout of the one bedroom too. The bed is small but comfortable. The couch was comfortable for two people to lie on with lots of great pillows. The kitchen has nice appliances and lots of glassware.

The place wasn’t as clean as it should be. Particularly the living room rug was filthy. The bathroom had some mold/ mildew, as did the trash can. It is a shame such a nice unit isn’t cleaned well, especially the rug which is the first thing you notice. The bed needed a blanket. It only had a thin coverlet. The pillows were not so great. The kitchen has nice appliances but not great cooking or dining equipment.
