Summary:
Two real bedrooms for your group of 6, in a brick and beam loft inside an 1865 factory building. A queen in one room, a double over double bunk in the other, plus its own vanity and sink so getting ready is easy. Huge windows, a full kitchen, private washer and dryer, and free parking. Hang out on the top floor skyline deck or by the fire pit and outdoor TVs, with a seasonal pool. The Gulch is 5 minutes away, Broadway 7, with Vanderbilt and Belmont close by.
The Space:
Indulge your inner chef in the sleek kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. 2 bedrooms one with extra large closet and queen size bed. The other bedroom has bunk beds with large closet. The second bedroom also has a vanity with sink and mirror. This is perfect for multiple people getting ready at the same time. Extra perks include central AC and a private washer/dryer.
- Early Check-in is available starting from 2:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-out is available ending at 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM.

Great stay! The train noise made us laugh, but we did know about it. Definitely apartment living with hearing people above us, but we didn’t mind. Easy Uber ride to Broadway. Host was amazing and responded promptly to questions. The apartment was very clean & comfortable!

The pool was sold as part of the deal, didn’t happen, the grounds were covered in cigarette butts, the ashtray right by the door was not appealing, the foyer was unkempt, the elevator as well! We bought our own coffee but no coffee maker other than a Kuerig, there were Amazon pods though, no scrubber for dishes, the blankets to wrap up in while watching TV did not have a clean smell. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable! The noise, some partiers later than noted, usual loud bangs, trains, great place for college age kids!
