Original brick, huge windows, 160 years of character & free parking. The loft your group remembers.
The Space:
Indulge your inner chef in the sleek kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. 2 bedrooms one with extra large closet and queen size bed. The other bedroom has bunk beds with large closet. The second bedroom also has a vanity with sink and mirror. This is perfect for multiple people getting ready at the same time. Extra perks include central AC and a private washer/dryer.
- Early Check-in is available starting from 2:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-out is available ending at 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM.

Take a scooter to Midtown and visit idyllic green spaces or nightlife hot spots. Then explore the trendy boutiques and eateries of The Gulch, Hillsboro Village, and Fifth + Broadway.
Or, take a quick rideshare downtown to visit the convention center and iconic Nashville attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame and Ryman Auditorium. Bridgestone Arena and Nissan Stadium are also a short drive away.

Great location. Very clean, nice apartment. Close to downtown. Only thing that wasn’t noted, there’s a railroad track behind the building. I sleep with a sound machine and was fine. My brother slept fine in the bunk room without a sound machine. Overall I would definitely rent here again!

The pool was sold as part of the deal, didn’t happen, the grounds were covered in cigarette butts, the ashtray right by the door was not appealing, the foyer was unkempt, the elevator as well! We bought our own coffee but no coffee maker other than a Kuerig, there were Amazon pods though, no scrubber for dishes, the blankets to wrap up in while watching TV did not have a clean smell. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable! The noise, some partiers later than noted, usual loud bangs, trains, great place for college age kids!
