- Maximum of 1 pet under 35lbs each, $100 fee per pet required.
- Unfortunately, additional starter kit items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest’s risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.

The pool and adjacent pool bar that were advertised were both closed, which was disappointing because it's one of the reasons why we selected this place. The parking was also a surprise because we selected filters to search for venue with parking, but after booking we learned that parking wasn't reserved for the address, but was first come first serve. The apartment also had extremely thin walls which made it easy to every conversation from the hallways and neighboring apartments. There were also some holes in the brick exterior wall that extended directly to the outside. Overall the apartment was clean and comfortable, just lacking a bit in privacy in regard to sound proofing.
