Very good location for the ski school, Nosal and near by trails. Buses to town every 20 minutes or short uber ride. Parking on site. Small shops and restaurants walking distance. Comfortable and clean flat, great for 3 people. Well equipped kitchen. Terma Bania - absolute must! Hot outdoor pool with a bar. Maybe 30-40 mins ride away, but well worth a visit

Almost perfect, could use little touches like tea towels, mop, a bit of washing powder. Seen reviews complaining about the limited amount of hot water - as long as you are not having bath after bath directly after doing the day's washing up, you should be ok, but maybe use shorter showers to avoid running out

Fantastic Christmas stay – highly recommend! "We had a wonderful stay at this flat over Christmas 2025. The apartment was impeccably clean and very well-equipped with all the appliances we needed for our holiday. The location is perfect—within easy walking distance of the ski slope and just a pleasant 30-minute walk into the centre of Zakopane. The hosts were responsive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. A huge bonus was the wellness area; the sauna and jacuzzi were spotless, fit a large group comfortably, and were included in the price—which was a fantastic extra! We would definitely stay here again."
