Luca & Angela sind auch beim zweiten Besuch die besten Gastgeber die man sich vorstellen kann! Unsere Kinder lieben es dort, das hausgemachte Abendessen was man bestellen kann bis hin zu Desserts, Wein und Limoncello ist für den aufgerufenen Preis absolut spitze! Der Pool ist sehr sauber und von Olivenbäumen gesäumt und Luca veranstaltet spontane Wasserball-Turniere oder Karaoke-Events. Weiterhin gibt es immer Tipps für die Umgebung oder Rennrad-Touren Vorschläge! Fast wie Urlaub bei Freunden…
Wenn es nichts negatives hier gibt, wird es immer schwerer ein freies Appartement zu bekommen 😉

Wij hadden een zeer gastvrije gastvrouw Angela & gastheer Lucca. Angela kan ontzettend lekker koken en haar man vertelt veel over de omgeving.
Beide beschikken over de nodige humor. Het huisje was top, het zwembad zalig. Ook de sportieve competities met Lucca waren erg leuk.

This place is a true paradise on earth – beautiful, unique, and full of charm. The owners are wonderful people who pour their hearts into making it special. They taught us how to play volleyball in the pool, and we ended up having a few great matches! They treated us to delicious regional dishes and shared stories about local attractions, traditions, and must-visit spots.
A very romantic atmosphere if you're with your significant other, but also very family-friendly if you're traveling with family. So everyone will have a wonderful time there.
This is the magic of Italy – peace, fresh air sometimes scented with basil or pine, and a relaxed atmosphere. The surrounding area is stunning and full of places worth exploring. You can spend your days on-site – enjoying the pool, playing table tennis, or simply soaking in the quiet and tranquility of Il Podere di Sole – or hop in the car and explore the medieval towns and castles nearby.
If you’re wondering whether to book – stop wondering. Just do it!

Fantastisch!
Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern zwei Wochen auf dem „Il Podere di Sole“ verbracht und es war absolut traumhaft. Angela und Luca sind unglaublich tolle und liebevolle Gastgeber, haben immer ein offenes Ohr und tun alles, damit sich die Gäste wohlfühlen.
Luca ist jederzeit für einen kleinen Wettkampf zu haben – sei es beim Tischkicker, Tischtennis oder Wasserball im Pool und Angela macht unglaublich leckeres Essen. Einmal in der Woche haben die beiden zu einem Karaokeabend eingeladen. Es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht!
Das Anwesen und die Zimmer waren picobello sauber und gepflegt.
Wir sind uns alle vier einig, dass wir wiederkommen möchten 😊
