Nice but noisy
You can certainly fit a large family in there. I think it is set up more for large groups out all day and in the evening during ski season, more of a place to sleep, than a summer spot but we had a very nice stay there.
It is right next to the road and a bus stop. Something not entirely clear from the details. The outside dining table is basically on the street so we moved it round to the side for a little more privacy. There is some kind of youth facility over the main road opposite. There were very noisy indeed for several nights of our stay which went a bit beyond reasonable. Could do with some new pillows and definitely new towels. All very aged. We collected our (free) tourism passes for the bus and train into Chamonix from the Tourism Office in Chamonix itself.

Fijne woning.
Mooi ingerichte, schone lokatie, met heel veel bedden en met goed uitgeruste keuken en fijne badkamers. Eigenaren reageren direct als je ze een berichtje stuurt.
Het huis staat aan een drukke weg. Ook de jacuzzi staat direct aan die drukke weg, waardoor wij het niet aantrekkelijk vonden om erin te gaan zitten. Wanneer de jacuzzi aan de andere zijde van het huis zou staan wordt dit misschien aantrekkelijker. Was een beetje een teleurstelling omdat we hiervoor de woning hadden geboekt. Ik had beter moeten opletten dat de woning aan deze drukke weg ligt.

Je suis vraiment très satisfaite de ce logement. Tout d’abord, la maison est très belle de l’extérieur, avec un style très agréable. À l’intérieur, chaque pièce est très bien équipée, que ce soit la cuisine, la salle de bain ou les chambres – tout est complet et bien pensé. Ce logement est parfait pour accueillir un grand nombre de personnes, car il y a beaucoup de lits disponibles. Les équipements sont également très modernes et en excellent état. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le bain à remous extérieur, une vraie surprise ! En résumé, tout est parfait, que ce soit les installations, l’environnement ou même l’accueil. Le propriétaire est très réactif, sympathique et efficace pour résoudre les éventuels problèmes. Je recommande vivement ce logement !
Pendant notre séjour, il y a eu un problème d’eau chaude au début, mais le propriétaire a été très réactif et a fait de son mieux pour résoudre la situation rapidement. Il est resté en contact avec nous par la suite pour s’assurer que tout fonctionnait bien. Grâce à son professionnalisme et à son attitude attentionnée, nous nous sommes sentis bien accompagnés, c’était une très bonne expérience.
