The authenticity, the location, and the very very large and beautifully designed and maintained yard,

The bathrooms are simply too small with showers that feed water directly onto the toilet, etc. There is no air-conditioning which I could see could be a problem in the hotter periods… we survived with the fans and the weather at this time. Some amenities one would expect at this price point were not there… more towels, Beach towels, hair, dryers…
