Great Villa, Greater Host.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The room is big and very comfortable. Location was excellent. We had breakfast in the balcony every morning watching the sea and view. The villa is a few minutes from Piso Livadi, which has options of restaurants and it is also great even just to go for a walk at night. Joanna was incredibly nice and helped us with a situation we had with the car that we rented (which saved our plans for the day) and also she carefully separated the items I forgot at the Villa after check out (including an earring that fell down on the floor). Highly recommended.

Family with 2 kids

We stayed at the studios Caeli Paros in August and had a good experience. Kostas and Joanna were extremely kind and always available to help us – they even arranged a local babysitter for one night when we needed it, which was really appreciated. The studios are nice and well kept, but for us they felt a little small since we are a family with two children (10 and 8 years old). In hindsight, the 60 m² apartment would have been a better choice for our needs.

We were really happy about our choice, as being a traveller family and a dog owner.

The owner of the place was super practical, and basically led us to the correct places. Super precise reccomendations. We did wind surfing on her suggestions. With kids it is an amazing place. And more importantly for us that they were pet friendly. Located just close by all famous three beaches. There are super cool restaurants, if you investigation is not enough, do not worry she knows all the locations. Very clean.

I gave already 10, the only handicap could be they are 20 min. away from the ferry port, parikia. But this place were better :)

Ioanna was the best owner we have ever interacted with! She went above and beyond and always had a smile on her face. Our apartment was spotless and had everything we needed and looked like the pictures. The wifi and AC worked great and it was conveniently located within walking distance for many beaches, a grocery store and piso livadi, which has many restaurants and daily boat tours. Perfect getaway.

The host was really amazing. She was very kind and willing to help you with any thing. She helped us find the best beaches, restaurants and car rental. The room was excellent, it has 2 balconies which you can switch during the day for the shade.

Superb

We stayed for 9 days here. Kostas was so helpful and nothing was a problem. It is a few mins walk to two beautiful beaches and Piso Livadi about 10 mins walk with beautiful restaurants there and a good selection in Logarus. We will definitely be back. Thank you Kostas and Ioanna.

The room was clean, with modern, neat, wooden furniture with white and wood decoration, as appropriate for the island! The host was really friendly and the facilities as expected. The cleaning service was daily and any extra demands were accomplished really fast. The location was really convenient and in walking distance 2 really nice beaches!

Es espectacular todo! La ubicación a 200 mts de la playa, Kostas un anfitrión super amable hasta nos llevó de vuelta al puerto. El departamento es increíble super grande, todo nuevo, moderno, elegante y tiene todo lo necesario en la cocina, super completa! Desayunar viendo el amanecer y el mar y cenar con una vista increíble es un plus. Es el mejor alojamiento que estuve, volvería sin dudarlo. Gracias ❤️

Alles tip top neu, gute und leise Klimaanlage,Fliegengitter, schönes Bad, Fensterläden zum Verdunkeln. Nur 3 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Super hilfsbereiter und entgegenkommender Vermieter.

Das Wasser aus dem Wasserkocher schmeckte arg nach Plastik (vielleicht ganz neu?).

De ruimte, het aantal terrassen, het uitzicht. Prachtige badkamer en goed bed.

Jammer dat er geen loungebedjes waren op het terras. De stoelen mogen wat comfortabeler. En de 3 haantjes kraaiden iets te vroeg in de vroege ochtenden 😂

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Paros. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux. Nous nous sommes beaucoup plu et espérons pouvoir revenir très vite. Le logement était très propre et en parfait état, l’emplacement idéal.

Proprietari squisiti, comunicazione ottima, bella camera, arredamento moderno, 1 letto matrimoniale e 2 singoli con cucinino e bagno. Bel balcone grande, con tavolo per mangiare. Altro tavolo all' entrata dell' appartamento con sedie. Parcheggio comodo, a circa 150 m dalla spiaggia. Consigliato!

Calme agréable qui mérite 5 étoiles

Établissement très agréable avec un accueil des plus chaleureux. A 3 mn à pied un restaurant où nous avons pris le petit déjeuner les pied dans le sable. Les studios sont impeccables et très agréables. Calme absolu. 7 mn en voiture pour aller au port. Je recommande fortement

L’emplacement est idéal, proche d’une belle plage et proche du port avec énormément de restaurants et petits commerces. Ioanna est une hôte exceptionnelle , disponible pour vous aider et a de très bons conseils. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Mare, silenzio e ospitalità 💙

La struttura si è rivelata molto accogliente sin dal primo momento, grazie anche alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità di Ioanna, che ci ha accolti con modi garbati e un’attenzione autentica nei confronti degli ospiti. La camera era pulita, ben tenuta e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Abbiamo soggiornato a Piso Livadi, una zona dell’isola che ci ha sorpreso positivamente. Meno turistica e commerciale rispetto ad altri centri come Naoussa, offre un’atmosfera più rilassata e autentica, ideale per chi desidera vivere Paros lontano dalla frenesia. Nonostante ciò, la zona mantiene comunque un certo fascino, con piccoli ristoranti sul mare, scorci pittoreschi e un ritmo di vita più lento. Gli spostamenti in auto sono semplici e pratici: in circa 20 minuti si possono raggiungere facilmente alcune tra le spiagge più tranquille e suggestive dell’isola, perfette per chi cerca momenti di relax e contatto con la natura. Un altro punto a favore della struttura è il balcone esterno, uno spazio piacevole e riservato dove poter consumare la colazione al mattino o godersi una cena in totale tranquillità, magari al tramonto. Una soluzione ideale per chi desidera comfort, privacy e un soggiorno lontano dalle zone più affollate, ma comunque ben collegato ai luoghi più belli dell’isola.
