Le système de check-in, check-out est bien pensé (la clé se trouve dans une boîte à clé qu'on ouvre avec un code et qu'il faut aller chercher au petit Carrefour Market à 100 m de la résidence). La douche était très bien

Le lit trop petit, l'absence d'un petit placard pour ranger ses vêtements, chaussures, etc... Et le bruit incessant de la ventilation. Prenez des boules Quiez avec vous... Le supplément pour chien est excessif (30€). Je réserve souvent par Booking et je paie en général 15€

Certainement présence de fumeur précédemment. Si rideaux ouvert, les fenêtres du bâtiment en face ont une vue plongeante sur l intérieur du studio. Une petite table serait beaucoup plus fonctionnelle que la console fixée au mur.

Central location. Ground floor which is always preferable when riding a motorcyle

Accomodation is described as an ‘appartment’ on the app. In fact it’s just a studio and has previously been used as a student hall's of residence room. Although room size was accurately described, it has a huge wooden non foldable double bed which doubles as sofa. This eats into available space. Shower doors continually came off their runners, the woodwork was rotten and unsightly in the bottom of the door frame in the bathroom. I paid for private parking but the host omitted to supply a passkey fob on arrival. This was passed to me the next morning but the host was late. Only 15 minutes, but as this was my only day exploring Dunkirk and it ate into my available time which was irksome. Other than this comment she was easy to contact and responded quickly to questions. I also had to replenish the toilet roll from a local shop when the supplied roll expired. Other than these relatively minor issues, the accommodation was ok if a little over priced for its size. One last issue was that on the morning of departure I awoke with several bites to my lower legs and ankles. I reported this to the host via text so she could take action with the bedding for the next client, but disappointingly has yet to reply
