Die Lage ist MEGA.... Die Aussicht auf den Hafen und die kurzen Wege zum Strand und zum MiniMarkt ... perfekt. Das die Saison vorbei war,da kann die Vermietung nix für. Kommunikation schnell und problemlos.
Das Mobiliar benötigt ein UPDATE und die Fotos sind nicht mehr so aktuell. Es fehlt definitiv eine große Kaffeemaschine nicht nur so ein kleiner Moccakocher. Die Küche allgemein war sehr spartanisch und es fehlt einfach Licht zum Arbeiten. Wo ist eigentlich die Microwelle gewesen?

Perfect location in front of the port and with a nice sea view.
The apartment was cleaned and big, with a nice terrace where have lunch or dinner.
It was missing all the basis stuff like, dish soap, only one toilet paper roll (we were in 2 people and we stay there for 1 week!), not blanked.
I think when you rent an apartment you need to organize this kind of “ base facilities” .

Superb location, right on the port with easy access to a couple of beaches. We hired a car to get from Olbia and alternative beaches. Filippo was very helpful and accommodating. Nautilus restaurant a few doors down is lovely
The apartment was not expensive, so with that in mind it was fine, although the bathroom and kitchenette could do with some updating. Could have been better with things like bottle opener, proper wine glasses and bowls etc. When booking be mindful that if the kids are sleeping on the mezzanine, it's open to the rest of the apartment. Also, the floorboard from the mezzanine squeak very loudly in the middle of the night!
