Neglected premises: broken towel hanger, mold in the shower, coffee machine but no cups, no light on the stairs (we had to use our telephone torch to walk), stale air, one night lamp with bulb the other one without

Tavaly szenzációs volt, idén csalódás
Kedves fogadtatás.
Rendezett apartman, tiszta fürdőszoba.
Bekapcsolt hűtőgép.
Kényelmes ágy.
Végre voltak válaszok, telefonos kommunikáció.
Az egy évvel korábbi belépésünkkor fogadó kellemes illat nem volt érezhető.
A légkondicionáló nem működött, ami a kinti 37 fokos nappal és 26 fokos éjjel mellett az apartmanban lévő 30-31 fokos hőmérsékletet eredményezett, szinte elviselhetetlenné téve az ott tartózkodást, alvást. Sajnos még egy ventillátort sem sikerült kapnunk, amikor jeleztük a problémát.
Itt pozitívum volt, hogy a gazdasszony felajánlott másik szobát, ahol működik a klíma, de ott is 35 fok volt bent, amit csak lassan lehetett volna normálisra lehűteni és hűtőgép sem volt, ezért nem fogadtuk el.
Az éjszakai szellőztetés sem segített sokat, sőt a kinti zajok (szomszédok zörgése, fecskék repdesése) zavaróak voltak.
Megoldás: éjjel párszor felketünk és vízzel benedvesítettük az arcunk, karunk.
Apropó, fecskék... Minden ablak felső részén fecskefészkek vannak továbbra is, ami miatt az ablakot kinyitva több maroknyi guanó fogadott bennünket a párkányon és az ablakszárnyon. Gusztustalan, nem higiénikus.
A hálószoba etkélyajtaján kívüli nyitható szúnyogháló rögzítő csappantyúja törött, így nem marad becsukva. (Ideiglenes megoldás: cérnával az ellenoldalhoz kötés.)
Az apartman edényzettel, pohárral felszereltsége nagyon-nagyon szegényes, szinte méltatlan a lakás egyébként szép belső állapotához.
A nappaliban lévő kanapét kinyitottuk, de alatta fogvájót és használt papírzsebkendőt találtunk.
Reméljük, hogy sikerül javítani az általunk tapasztalt helyzeten, pótolni a hiányosságokat és ismét magas pontszámokat begyűjteni.

Molto accogliente, molto pulito e ben arredato. Tutto il necessario per un soggiorno senza pensieri. Stanze grandi e letti comodi. Lo staff sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione. Ci hanno coccolato per periodo. La location si trova in una parte molto tranquilla della città. Giardino con posti auto. Tre settimane sono volate via però torneremo volentieri. Grazie per tutto.
