Had the wrong keyless entry number given to me so I was locked out and on the phone for 20 minutes just to get in, hot tub was broken and when I called to complain they already knew about it and still booked out the room. Maintenance never came to fix

Stay away from Huckleberry ridge
The beds were comfortable
They advertised a hot tub and it was broken, the cabin was run down, smelled musty/dusty, and one of the ladies from customer service said they had “48” hours to fix everything (we only stayed 3 nights) and a broken hot tub (which we paid to have) wasn’t a reason to move us to a different cabin!!! They didn’t even know the tub was broken or the other stuff for that matter. Apparently these cabins are privately owned and it’s up to the owner to fix it-what a nightmare. The cabin is up the top of the hill 30 minutes outside of town-so of you want something close this is not it. No propane in the tank for the grill and carpenter bees are burrowing right by the entrance to the front door!

Our initial drive up to the cabin made us a little nervous because it was narrow and steep, but after making the trip a second time, it was not too bad.
