Whether you’re hiking in the Smokies, exploring Dollywood, or just craving mountain peace, this spacious 2,232 sq ft retreat is your home base for making memories.

Step inside and soak in the floor-to-ceiling Smoky Mountain views from the main living room. Built in the 1980s and lovingly updated, Beorn’s Cottage combines rustic charm with modern comfort. Expect cozy wood tones, updated finishes, and a touch of “mountain soul.”
After a day of sightseeing, unwind by the fireplace, fire up the grill on the back deck, or relax in the private hot tub under the stars.

• Sugarlands Visitor Center (Smoky Mountains National Park): approximately 4 miles / 8–10 minutes

-Mountain roads are steep and winding—normal for the area. (4WD recommended in winter & trip insurance)
-Bears are active! Please secure trash in the bear-proof cage and never leave food outside.
-The cabin is pest-treated monthly, but you may spot friendly ladybugs—it’s part of the mountain charm!
-The cabin is over 40 years old, with a mix of vintage character and modern updates
-Property is pet friendly with a requirement to alert manager of all pets, pay a pet fee of $85 per pet and review the pet agreement and agree

"The cabin was as the listing showed. Great location and all that we needed for our trip. It is dated but no surprises you can’t see from the photos. The Pac-Man game was a nice surprise!"
