Beautiful location cabin cosy and comfortable ideal for pets

It was so peaceful and the view was beautiful It was very pet friendly and found it was very central for the places we wanted to visit Really good location for dogs

It was difficult to get someone to come and change bathroom bulbs and had no light in bathroom for two nights There was no hoover and found it difficult with dustpan and brush to keep floor clean because we had a dog We were told that the cafe bar was open all year but it wasn’t open The cabin could do with a bit of updating

Peaceful break

It was a very cosy cabin, well equipped, it had everything we needed. WiFi worked great, little TV with access to Netflix was a bonus. A quiet and relaxing place in a very peaceful area.

Lovely place. Close to restaurants. Responsive host.

The cabin feels secluded even though there are other cabins around. It was close to the on site cafe. Everything is labeled and there are printed instructions on how to use the appliances. There is also a printed list of suggested restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do. The host was very responsive.

Pleasant stay, did what we needed it to do, would however be hesitant to come back.

The cabin itself is lovely, the location is beautiful. Was nice to have a roof over our heads and a secluded spot to relax.

It definitely hadn’t had a proper clean before we arrived, there was what looked like tea or muddy water up the doorframe of the bathroom, the bathroom itself didn’t smell clean at all and the light fittings that were working had years of dust and cobwebs all over them. Also the heating was a bit of an issue, we found the restrictions on what heaters we could use- left the cabin feeling cold. Our stay was in between the summer and winter season so I get the reasoning behind it. The cabin felt overcrowded with things and the decor seemed slapped together but again I get it’s a small space designed for families so there’s a lot to cater for in a small area. The deposit felt excessive for the manner we found the place in

What a beautiful lodge, everything you could possibly need and more is there in the property. Check in is simple, also check out is personalised to your requirements Via email, me and family had an excellent break and your right in the middle of all the best locations, needless to.say, I have already.booked.my next break.for September Highly recommended!

The cabin itself is ok, has anything you might need and more. Good location. Quiet

The Serene company running the cabin. The add on booking clearly showed a double/single bed in on of the bedrooms, instead there were two children's beds! Not suitable for adults above 1.65m height. Beware! The company's rep. was rude and lied to our face about that and couldn't change the room. Also, the WiFi was terrible, didn't work most of our stay, and once again there was no one to help with that. Note that the phone signal there is also weak. The cabin is pretty small and it's too small for 4 people in my opinion. Last thing, too far away from grocery stores/restaurants- ten minutes driving at least.

The cabin was homely, clean, well equipped and certainly warm enough.

It was homely and had everything we needed and more. The visiting birds were lovely and it was very peaceful.

The cabin decor and furnishings were very dated and it all looked a bit like an old peoples’ home from the 70s.

it waa comfortable and enjoyable but it could have been better

the look and location was superb and comfortable beds and good facilities

the wifi was broken, we couldnt hang any wet clothing up due to the clothing horse being broken, we didnt have a proper bin outside and it ended up tearing the bags, was a little overly cluttered and a strong lingering smell of canabis was in the back room for 4 of the 7 days, there was alot of items that took up too much space

We had to clean utensils and the cabin was not cleaned to a high standard. Comfortable though and with a great location. Even in the wet. There was a huge choice of kit inside. Beds comfortable and water nice and hot.

Designs of the cabin was outdated but it was a comfy place to stay.

excellent location. closest shop 6 minutes by car. many different attractions .near the lake. park for cycling and hiking .clean. comfortable beds .Cabin haves everything you need for living with children games, books, TV.

There is very hot water coming out of the tap. you can burn your hands.
