We had a wonderful time in Amish Country and were pleasantly surprised that we had Amish hosts!! We really appreciated the cute coffee cove.

It was a beautiful experience especially coming from Atlanta. The scene the people are very friendly and welcoming. You get to get away from all the chaos from the rest of the world and have some peace.

We wish we could just stay longer is what we wish to stay longer.

It was quiet and private. The facility was well maintained, and the owner was kind. There were lots of towels and bed linens, and the kitchen included all of the necessary equipment for cooking and serving meals. There was a large kitchen table, and the pool table and other entertainment were in excellent condition. The scenery was lovely. This property offered a chance to escape the demands of everyday life.

Although the property was listed as being in Amish country, it was not disclosed to be an Amish property, which is only an issue in terms of electricity. It would be good for people to know in advance that they will have no ability to plug in personal appliances like hair dryers or phone chargers. I don’t mind living without those things, but it would have been good to know on the front side, so I could have my cell phone battery pack charged up before I came. It is also a little dark in there after the sun goes down.
