We had a wonderful stay at Royal Continental Suites, and a big part of that experience was thanks to Abdul Murdi at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Abdul was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. No request was ever too much trouble, and he was always ready to help with a smile. What truly stood out was his genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. He even offered us complimentary room upgrades on two occasions, which was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. In our multiple stay here we booked a city view room and canal view room. The breakfast has only 2 options (Arabic & English Breakfast), no buffet option available. Exceptional hospitality like Abdul's is rare to find and deserves recognition. Thank you, Abdul Murdi, for making us feel so valued and for turning a great stay into a memorable one. We look forward to returning! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended. Abdul is a true asset to the hotel and a wonderful example of outstanding customer service.

The only area for improvement would be the room view descriptions and photos. We had expected a Burj Khalifa view based on the images provided, but there is a building that obstructs the view, so you don't get the room View. It would be helpful if the hotel used more accurate and up-to-date photos so guests can set the right expectations before booking.
