First time to visit the property and it's super here i will visit again, with the help of Mordi he was so friendly and welcoming thanks to him.
Im visiting again after one week and i send my thanks to mordi,amr and shujo they were a very good team here, see you the next time

Location is good reachable
Egyptian staff were good and welcoming
Clean and helpful
We waited for an hour to get the apartment
And when I told them that it was late , they said to me that we already let you chose between 2 apartments and the second one takes around 20 minutes to get clean and ready
Also the luggage take half an hour to get it to the room
Also the valet parking is not available 24/7
There is no buffet for breakfast . Only 2 set of breakfast available
There is no tissue and disposable tools like toothpaste, cotton pads disposable shoes for the bathroom
The door for the balcony is broken and opened at night
The second room was hot . AC is not working
