Дуже чисто, достатньо місця для великої родини, є бесідка на вулиці, близько до басейнів, необхідний посуд на кухні. Три зовсім окремі кімнати. Дитяче ліжечко.
Трішки мʼякі матраси. Можливо для когось це більше плюс ніж мінус.
