Quite modern flat in a new building, fresh and clean. For my purposes, location was perfect. Not that close to city centre but near to any services you could need. Big pluses: A/C in living room and very comfortable mattress.
I wouldn’t say anything about the property, that was great. Just during the day, the building was noisy because of construction workers doing their job. P.S. with the windows closed, it wasn’t bad at all.

Чудове співвідношення ціни та якості Чисто Є кондиціонер
Плутаниця з ключами від підʼїзду, ми не могли потрапити в підʼїзд, бо хтось з інших жильців забрав ключ та не поклав назад. Дівчина з підтримки була на звʼязку. По приїзду не очевидно було, де другий комплект білизни. Так само тільки після додаткових питань - знайшовся. Сама постільна білизна для ліжка постійно сувається та злазить. Стакани були не досить чисті, не користувались.

Гарна нова квартира, чиста. Добре місцерозташування.
Занадто жорсткий і твердий матрац. Немає шафи в кімнаті. Поганої якості рушники, залишають багато ворсу на тілі і немає де їх розвісити в ванній кімнаті. Відпарювач залишає сліди на одязі.
